Former player of St. Petersburg “Zenith” and the Russian national team Alexander Kerzhakov became the head coach of “Spartak” from the Serbian city of Subotica.
According to the club’s resources, the contract with the 40-year-old Russian specialist was signed for one season with the possibility of extension for another year. Last season the team took 10th place in the Serbian championship.
Earlier, Kerzhakov had already managed to train the youth team of Russia, the clubs “Tom”, “Nizhny Novgorod”, as well as the Cypriot team “Karmiotissa”.
