[ad_1]

On the site e-government of Kazakhstan, a draft of amendments and additions to the Rules for issuing permits to foreigners and stateless persons for temporary and permanent residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan has appeared.

Public discussion of this document will last until October 10, and if it is adopted, the Russians will have to present their passport to obtain a residence permit.

Recall that at present it is enough to present the original or a copy of the civil passport.

In addition, Russians may be required to provide the original, not a digital copy, of a certificate of no criminal record. If a digital copy can be obtained at the State Services, then for a paper certificate you will have to go to the information center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

Without temporary registration in Kazakhstan, Russian citizens will be able to stay up to 30 days. If you register at the place of residence, then the period can be extended by 60 days.
