Kadyrov showed a downed copter with the inscription "Greetings from New York"

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, posted on his Telegram channel a video showing the details of a quadrocopter shot down by Chechen fighters during a special operation in Ukraine.

"Its combat charge is signed with the words: 'Greetings from New York,'" Kadyrov said, adding that the authors of the inscription were sure that it would detonate and this inscription would not be seen.

"For such cases, there is a very eloquent expression in the Russian language, which says: "What is the greeting, such is the answer," Kadyrov added, promising that this answer would not be long in coming and he would teach "friendliness and the right tone."

The Chechen leader also noted that this case proves that in the course of the NMD our units are confronting, in addition to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, foreign mercenaries from NATO countries.
