Kaspersky Lab became a co-owner of the startup ForPeople

Kaspersky Lab bought a 49% stake in Fopipl LLC (ForPeople brand), which is developing an analogue of the American HR platform SAP – GP OrgManager. This was told to Vedomosti by a representative of Kaspersky Lab and confirmed by the development director of ForPeople.

ForPeople is a Russian company operating since 2019, according to SPARK-Interfax data. In 2021, the net profit of LLC was 1.4 million rubles, revenue – 7 million rubles. The company is a resident of Skolkovo, its products are included in the register of domestic software, indicated on its website.

Kaspersky Lab bought out a share from the startup founders Anastasia Panasyuk and Mikhail Gurenkov. Before the transaction, they owned shares of 57.6% and 38.4%, respectively. After the deal, Panasyuk has a 28.2% stake in LLC, while Gurenkov has 19.6%, said a representative of Kaspersky Lab. Another co-owner of Fopipl with a 4% share is Alexander Orlov.
