Former football player and current coach of Paris NN Mladen Kashchelan spoke about how he played for Arsenal Tula. He joined his first PFC in Russia in 2013.
In the first season, his team was relegated to the FNL; according to the footballer, management played a big role in this. At that time, the PFC did not provide them with equipment, food or medicine. This was a turning point for Kashchelan, and since he, like many others, had not yet been paid his salary, he wanted to leave the Tula club.
During this period, the players faced huge debts, Kashchelan noted, he and Henri Hagush were not paid salaries for six months. When they left, they refused these funds, telling the club management that it was worth paying for it to younger and financially vulnerable players. Kashchelana is quoted by the publication Sport24.
The footballer plays for such clubs as Tosno, as well as Tambov and Baltika. It was at the latter club that he ended his playing career and has now become a professional coach.
