Karting competitions for the Nikita Mazepin Cup took place in Sochi

The third stage of the Nikita Mazepin Cup karting competition took place in Sochi. Riders aged 6 to 43 met at the karting track in the village of Plastunka. 140 athletes took part in the races, the press service of the Sochi administration reported.
During the championship, winners and prize-winners in 5 classes were determined. Many of them received awards from the hands of Nikita Mazepin himself, a Formula 1 driver and founder of the We Act as One foundation. The creator of the tournament personally participated in the awarding of prizes.
“The track of the karting track in Sochi has recently been updated, now the guys are having fun, and this motivates them to go in for sports,” the athlete said.
The next stage of the competition for the Cup will take place on 18 and 19 February. Athletes will gather again in the village of Plastunka at the local karting track.
Recall second round of the tournament went karting at the same site from 3 to 4 December.
