“Why listen to Zelensky, a man who has long been inadequate? Our system of recruiting the Armed Forces allows us to carry out all assigned tasks, primarily the tasks of a special military operation. There will be no mobilization,” said Mr. Kartapolov in a conversation with RTVI.
