The Expert Referee Commission of the Russian Football Union (ESK RFU) considered the correctness of the decisions made by the referee Sergey Karasev in the match of the 13th round of the RPL between CSKA and Spartak. In this game, Karasev, among other things, did not assign a penalty to CSKA).

On the official website of the RFU, reportedthat Spartak turned to the commission with a request to evaluate the work of Karasev in several episodes. These are the non-assignment of a penalty against CSKA in the 29th minute of the match, the failure to give a second warning to CSKA defender Roberto Moises in the 43rd minute, as well as the second warning to defender Willian Roche in the 61st and 78th minutes of the game and the failure to send off in the 81st minute of midfielder Nikita Ermakov.
For all episodes, except for the incident with Ermakov, the commission considered the actions of the judge correct.
“The referee mistakenly did not remove Ermakov from the field in the 81st minute of the match,” the decision of the ESC says.
The football match took place on October 16 at the VEB Arena in Moscow. It ended with the score 2:2.
CSKA is third in the standings with 25 points. Spartak is second with 26 points.
