An athlete from the Kaliningrad region became a six-time Russian champion in Muaythai. The Russian championship in this type of martial arts was held in Nizhny Novgorod.
According to the press service of the government of the Kaliningrad region, 450 athletes from 43 different regions of Russia took part in the tournament. Honored Master of Sports of Russia Anastasia Nepianidi from the Svetlogorsk club “Tsunami” became the champion for the sixth time.
Now the girl will perform at the World Championships. Together with her, another Kaliningrad athlete Daria Nekrasova qualified for the national team. She will go to the European Championships.
Previously “MK in Kaliningrad” reportedthat the annual “Beauty of the Baltic” competition and the interregional “Spring Baltic Tournament” were held in Kaliningrad. Kaliningrad rugby players became the best in the tournament.
