The budget was approved with the Ministry of Industry and Trade for the first quarter of 2024 in the amount of 2 billion rubles. for the purchase of this equipment,” noted Mr. Khakimov and added that the project is designed for two years.
For the first time, the initiative to create Jihad machines was announced at the end of January 2023 during working meetings of the leadership of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation with the Prime Minister of Chechnya Muslim Khuchiev and Adam Khakimov. The military equipment was tested at the Russian Special Forces University in Gudermes.
