The best gift for the residents of the liberated territories of Ukraine is a calm environment, the head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov wrote in his telegram channel.
He also posted a video of the fighters walking around the places of residence of citizens.
“The Chechen people are well aware of the hardships that military operations bear to comb the territory. At a time when our republic was flooded with international terrorists, all cities and villages were repeatedly subjected to such special measures,” he wrote.
According to him, in the areas supervised by the Chechen security forces, calm reigns almost all the time.
“Life goes on here. Endless shelling, inhuman bullying, kidnappings and starvation have ceased. For the local population, this is the best gift they have been waiting for for a long time,” he wrote.
Kadyrov also noted that the tour of the territories is completed only after the fighters are convinced that people have enough food and drink.
