The Russian troops involved in the special operation in Ukraine “are not retreating anywhere,” said the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov.
“I will calm the most violent and most skeptical commentators. In the course of the NWO, we do not retreat anywhere and nowhere. These are all stuffing and Western provocations. Don’t let yourself be fooled. There are such concepts as tactics and strategy. Our troops have it more subtle, ”- wrote he is in his Telegram channel.
Kadyrov explained that the Russian command seeks to minimize the number of human casualties during the NMD, including among the civilian population. In addition, the Russian side uses various methods of military affairs, allowing the enemy to do “only what is beneficial to us.”
The head of Chechnya also added that, in his opinion, martial law should be declared in Russia and “any weapons” should be used, since the country is opposed by the entire NATO bloc.
On September 10, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced the withdrawal of Russian forces from the cities of Izyum and Balakliya in the Kharkiv region for transfer to the territory of the DPR in order to increase the efforts of the Russian side in the Donetsk direction. The pro-Russian Supreme State Administration of the Kharkiv region explained that in the Kharkiv direction, the number of the Armed Forces of Ukraine exceeded the Russian troops by eight times. According to the head of the pro-Russian administration of the region Vitaly Ganchev, the Russian military was withdrawn to save personnel.
The day before in the CAA of Zaporozhye region reported about a large accumulation of forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the line of contact. Administration representative Vladimir Rogov assessed the situation as difficult, but manageable. At the same time, the Armed Forces of Ukraine made several attempts to “reconnaissance in force” in this direction, he added.
