Kadyrov called to evaluate the statements of State Duma deputy Matveev
The head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, called on the head of the Chechen Republic to evaluate the provocative speech of State Duma deputy Mikhail Matveev, distributed on social networks. Kadyrov said that the most dangerous enemy is “the one who sits in the rear and is engaged in creating a split in the ranks of patriots, trying to divide them by faith or nationality.”
The head of Chechnya noted that convinced Muslims preaching Islam fought against fanatics in the republic. Kadyrov recalled that Russia is a secular state where it is allowed to practice Islam, build mosques and perform prayers, and Muslims are obliged to defend the country.
“Our soldiers serve on an equal basis with representatives of various faiths and nationalities in the Northern Military District zone. And in the rear, you see, Matveev is talking about how to divide them into non-Muslims and Muslims after the North Military District and get rid of the latter in order to avoid provocation,” Kadyrov wrote.
To reduce the number of provocations, the head of Chechnya said that “it’s better to kick out Matveev alone.”
