The head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, commented on a video that appeared on the network with the burning of the Koran near the Holy Lake in Moscow. According to him, experts have already established that the video was sent to Ukraine even before it began to be “replicated in instant messengers.” He stated that it was not the first time for “Ukrainian provocateurs” to burn Holy Scripture.
“Techies have already established that the video was sent to Ukraine even before it began to be replicated in instant messengers. Ukrainian provocateurs are not the first to burn the Holy Scriptures in the same way as all sorts of liberal human rights activists in the West like to do it. In the near future, the identity of the provocateur will be established, he will suffer a well-deserved punishment, ”the head of Chechnya wrote in Telegram.
Ramzan Kadyrov said that the search for the person who burned the Koran is carried out by specialists and the leadership of the FSB, who track the information trail of the video, as well as “its specialists.” In addition, the Moscow mayor’s office also connected its resources to the investigation, the head of the republic added.
The Holy Lake in the Kosino-Ukhtomsky district of Moscow, against which a video with the burning of the Koran was filmed, is a revered place among the Orthodox. Since March, there have been protests against the construction of a mosque in the lake area. April 5 Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin announced about the decision to move the construction site of the new mosque.
“It immediately seemed suspicious to me that this video appeared after the issue with the construction of a mosque in Moscow was resolved. After all, the conflict has been settled, all parties have remained on their own – there is no longer a controversial situation, ”Ramzan Kadyrov noted in his post.
He stated that the video with the burning of the holy book is a provocation that neither Muslims nor the Orthodox need. In his opinion, desecration of the Koran is “a visiting card and tool of Western liberal provocateurs.”
Earlier today, on April 15, a video began to circulate on Telegram channels, in which an unknown person burns the Koran against the backdrop of the Holy Lake in Moscow. The video is accompanied by the inscription: “Moscow for Russians, know your place.”
