Kadyrov entered the Russian Book of Records due to sanctions

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, was included in the Russian Book of Records as the person against whom the largest number of sanctions were imposed. The chief editor of the Book, Stanislav Konenko, presented him with a certificate at an event dedicated to the Day of the City of Grozny.

According to him, there were applications for records. After all of them were studied, experts concluded that the record “The largest number of personal sanctions imposed on a person in the world” belongs to Kadyrov. Personally, 15 sanctions were imposed on him.

The Chechen leader himself stressed that he is on the list of restrictive measures, as he protects religion, as well as the traditions, customs and security of the country.

Previously Kadyrov counted about seven dozen different sanctions restrictionsthat have been entered against him, individuals associated with him, as well as organizations, accounts, and even racehorses. In his Telegram channel, the Chechen leader noted that restrictive measures began to be introduced back in 2011. During this time, through the efforts of Western officials and politicians, he overtook even Alexander Lukashenko, Bashar al-Assad and Kim Jong-un.

As a result, he decided to apply to the Book of Records: first to the domestic, and then to the Guinness Book. In addition, the politician thought about making a film “about the terrible Ramzan Kadyrov” in Hollywood.
