Kadyrov called for the decision-making center in Ukraine to be wiped off the face of the earth

Head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov thanked Russian President Vladimir Putin for decree on the introduction of martial law in four territories annexed to the Russian Federation, and also called for the “wipe out of the face of the earth” decision-making centers of Ukraine. The head of the republic called for drastic measures “if one bullet flies towards Russia.”

“And now, even if one bullet flies towards Russia, it is necessary not only to hit the decision-making centers, but to wipe them off the face of the earth so that there is no wet place left from this fascist-Bandera junta. I think so – the fish rots from the head, so you need to start from the tops, ”says Mr. Kadyrov in a message in Telegram. The head of the region also added that the Russian army, after the Ukrainian “top” should take on the ordinary soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who, according to him, are surrendering by the hundreds.

Earlier, Ramzan Kadyrov, who repeatedly criticized the actions of the Russian defense department for failures in Ukraine, declaredthat under the command of Army General Sergei Surovikin, the Russian military operation will end successfully.

Earlier today, October 19, President Vladimir Putin signed decrees, according to which martial law is introduced in the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, as well as the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. By another decree, headquarters of territorial defense are being created in the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, and a regime of the maximum level of response is introduced in the territories of the regions. Later, the Federation Council unanimously approved the presidential decrees.
