Chechen units will be redeployed to the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) to liberate a number of settlements. About it informed Head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov in his Telegram channel.

“Friends, the Chechen units have received a new order to redeploy their forces. The territories of the Donetsk People’s Republic become the zone of responsibility. According to the order, the fighters of the Chechen units must begin active hostilities and liberate a number of settlements,” he wrote.

Now the command headquarters of the units is developing plans for the operation, and the units are preparing for “assault measures” with the support of the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff of the RF Armed Forces, Kadyrov noted.

The head of Chechnya said that he had met with the commanders responsible for the Maryinsky direction, in particular, the Akhmat special forces units and the Sever-Akhmat regiment of the Russian Defense Ministry were stationed there. Similar orders to start the offensive were received, Kadyrov said, by other Akhmat units in the Zaporozhye and Kherson directions.

“Without waiting for the NATO-Ukrainian offensive, the offensive of the Akhmat units began. We are tired of waiting,” Kadyrov added.
