A new group of volunteers left Chechnya for Ukraine in the zone of a special military operation, the head of the republic Ramzan Kadyrov said on his Telegram channel. The fighters were trained at the Russian University of Special Forces and are ready to “defend the interests of our multinational society and selflessly go into battle,” declared he.
“Another contingent of volunteers left today for the zone of the special military operation in the Donbass from the Grozny International Airport named after the Hero of Russia Akhmat-Khadji Kadyrov. <…> Fortunately, thanks to the outstanding instructors of the Russian University of Special Forces, volunteers are well trained to quickly and efficiently solve operational problems,” Kadyrov wrote.
He added that the volunteers intend not to leave “even the slightest mention of members of the Bandera formations” in the NVO zone.
Earlier this week, Kadyrov said that 9,000 trained fighters in Chechnya were ready to be sent to the Donbass, and another 10,000 people were in reserve. In July, his priority task in the special operation in Ukraine was the head of Chechnya named “finish off” the remnants of the terrorists who “escaped” from the republic.⠀
