The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, announced that his 25-year-old daughter Aishat has been appointed deputy prime minister of the Chechen government for social issues. Previously, she served as the republic’s Minister of Culture.
“Held an extended meeting with the government of the Chechen Republic. During the meeting, Prime Minister Muslim Khuchiev made a proposal to appoint Aishat Kadyrova to the post of Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Chechen Republic for the social block,” Mr. Kadyrov wrote in his Telegram channel.
According to him, former Deputy Prime Minister of the Chechen Republic Musa Dadaev, who will be replaced by Aishat Kadyrova, will subsequently head the regional Ministry of Culture.
Aishat Kadyrova is the eldest daughter of Ramzan Kadyrov, she is 25 years old. She has served as Minister of Culture of Chechnya since October 2021, and previously served as Deputy Minister of Culture of the republic since 2020. On June 23, 2022, she was awarded the Order of the First President of Chechnya. In September of this year, Mrs. Kadyrova was awarded the medal of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, second degree, for her services to the “development of national culture and art” and “many years of fruitful creative activity.”
