The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, expressed confidence that Russia’s military operation in Ukraine will end with the victory of the Russian army in 2024. In February 2023, he announced that the special operation would be completed by the end of this year.
“We still have several cities to return. And then we will allow the satanic leadership of Ukraine to sign papers of surrender and finally free the Ukrainian people from their complete destruction by the West. I am sure that good news and victory await us all in 2024,” the head of the republic wrote in Telegram.
On February 6, Ramzan Kadyrov, in an interview with the Minister of the Chechen Republic for External Relations, Press and Information Akhmed Dudayev, said that the special operation will end before the end of 2023, after which the West will “kneel” and European states will have to interact with Russia in all areas (quote from “RIA News”).
