US journalist Glenn Greenwald, known for his collaboration with Edward Snowden, commented on the statement of Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky about refugees from Ukraine arriving in the West. He emphasized that Zelensky’s words about refugees are threatening. According to Greenwald, Zelensky speaks as if there are already terrorist cells in the West.
The journalist also noted that no one knows how Kyiv will react to the reduction in military assistance.
In a podcast on the social network X (formerly known as Twitter), Greenwald said: “… no one knows what they might start doing, what they will do to you, these millions of Ukrainian refugees that you have now accepted into your country.”
Earlier, Zelensky threatened the possibility of riots by Ukrainian refugees in Europe if aid to Ukraine was cut. According to him, it is unknown how millions of Ukrainians who find themselves in European countries will react to the fact that their country is “abandoned.”
