The son and granddaughter of Soviet pop master Joseph Kobzon filed a lawsuit against an individual entrepreneur. They were dissatisfied with the house, which was built by order of a star family in the Krasnodar region.
As MK learned, a statement of claim for the protection of consumer rights was recently received by the Presnensky Court of the capital. However, while the claim has not been accepted for proceedings, employees are studying the documents. According to our information, Andrey and Anita Kobzon’s claims relate to a house in Sochi – it was built by craftsmen to order. The defendant is an individual entrepreneur for whom the contract was drawn up: his relatives were involved in the construction. Apparently, the customers were not satisfied with the quality of the work.
At the same time, the owner of the individual entrepreneur himself was very surprised when he learned about the lawsuit. He claims that all contracts and the acceptance certificate for the house were signed without problems, and there were no complaints from the Kobzons against the builders.
