Japan at the UN accused Russia and remembered Hiroshima and Nagasaki, without remembering the USA

Japan “will not accept the Russian nuclear threat,” Japan’s permanent representative to the UN, Mitsuko Shino, said at a meeting of the UN Security Council on Ukraine.

“As the only country ever to suffer nuclear bombing during the war, Japan will never accept the Russian nuclear threat, let alone any use of nuclear weapons,” the Japanese diplomat said.

At the same time, according to her, the disaster of Hiroshima and Nagasaki should never be repeated. However, the representative of Japan did not mention who carried out nuclear attacks on Japanese cities.

Previously, Western countries and Japan have repeatedly made unsubstantiated statements about the “Russian nuclear threat” in the context of the Ukrainian conflict.
