The bill provides for the possibility of privatization of such housing after it is sold at auction. At the same time, the Ministry of Finance proposes to put up for auction real estate, the value of which exceeds the market value twice or more. You can privatize objects that already belong to the state treasury, as well as those that will be included in it in the future.
According to the Federal Property Management Agency, now the state owns 140 housing facilities seized in connection with offenses. Of these, 32 objects are residential premises.
