Newspaper “News” reported that large Russian real estate companies have applied to the government of the Russian Federation with a proposal to subsidize the rental of housing for young spouses.
It is specified that the corresponding letter was sent to the Cabinet of Ministers. According to this proposal, those families who have been in the official barque for more than three years will receive state support. There will be no age restrictions, 30% should be the amount of the subsidy.
According to the author of the initiative, it will be possible to compensate for part of the cost of rented housing by returning the paid income tax. Among other things, the size of the tax rate will be changed.
Experts believe that, using this subsidy, families will be able to save up for a mortgage faster.
