Surrogacy was probably fake too

Investigative authorities conducted a search and seized documentation in the clinic where Ksenia, a mother of many children (all names have been changed – author’s note) filled out documents for surrogacy. Let us remind you that the woman is accused of child trafficking – according to investigators, she passed off children received from strangers as her own. Ksenia assured that three children were carried by a surrogate mother, and two more were conceived using IVF. MK found out who exactly the woman’s possible accomplice is.

Ksenia herself claims that she prepared documents for two surrogate children at the DeltaMedClinic clinic. This is a small medical organization located in Nastavnichesky Lane. It was there, according to the accused, that she was provided with genetic material for the birth of two children – Marina and Andrei. The clinic also selected a surrogate mother, Farida. A day after the babies were born (they were born in 2015 and 2016), Ksenia took them away – in the presence of a lawyer and the head physician of the clinic. It is characteristic that the indication for surrogacy was Ksenia’s health condition: doctors argued that even if she could bear children herself, they could be born with a genetic pathology. However, this gloomy forecast, according to the mother of many children, did not prevent her from becoming pregnant two years later with the help of IVF and carrying two more babies on her own. As you know, this version is refuted by a scientific fact: in 2010, Ksenia underwent surgery to remove the uterus, after which she could no longer have children. Moreover, according to investigators, the case of surrogacy is also a scam. According to the capital’s prosecutor’s office, the suspect Farida gave birth to two children, and Ksenia, “using documents containing deliberately false information, in violation of the legislation on the adoption procedure, registered with the authorized bodies as born by a surrogate mother. In turn, the suspect handed over her children to her accomplice, after which they lived with her.” As a result, charges of child trafficking were brought against both Ksenia and Farida, as well as Ksenia’s friend Nadezhda, who helped her legalize the children. Ksenia has already been placed under arrest by the Preobrazhensky Court; apparently, the same fate awaits her accomplices.

As for the medical institution, during this time it received a new name – “DeltaClinic”, but it is headed by the same person, urologist-andrologist Mikhail Golubev. Apparently, during the searches, investigators hope to find confirmation of fraud on the part of Ksenia and her accomplice Farida, who allegedly entered into a surrogacy agreement.
