IT specialists want to fly into space the most, nurses least of all

37% of Russians dream of flying into space, showed survey service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob. 54% opposed this idea, the rest found it difficult to answer. The higher the income of respondents, the more willing they are to explore the vastness of the Universe. Young people want to become astronauts much more often than representatives of other age groups, men – much more often than women. The gender breakdown could partly affect the professional one.

Of the professional groups, system administrators, programmers, and technical workers dream the most about flying into space. These fields are often dominated by men. Most of the work on Earth remains with nurses, HR managers and chief accountants. These professions are considered typically female, Superjob experts say.
