– The fact is that the decision of the court of first instance has not entered into legal force, which means that the parties do not yet have to comply with it, since it can be revised. An appeal has been filed against this court decision, although a hearing on this issue has not yet been scheduled. In this situation, Daniil Gradsky is not obliged to inform his father’s widow about his actions.
– In the event of an appeal, will not all heirs be prohibited from using the property?
– The ban applies to the property that belongs to the property mass. Daniel took things that were his property.
