Children in the Primorsky Territory became infected with tuberculosis from a school employee
A school employee caused the spread of tuberculosis in one of the educational institutions of the city of Dalnegorsk Primorsky Krai. This was announced on Tuesday, April 16 telegram channel NEWS.VL | Vladivostok and Primorye.
According to the source, the infection spread from one of the employees of the educational institution. All students and teachers were tested – 53 students had positive results. Four schoolchildren’s diagnosis was officially confirmed and they were prescribed the necessary treatment, the telegram channel writes.
The infected employee is being treated in a specialized medical facility. Everyone who came into contact with him has been tested and is under the supervision of a TB doctor.
