Israel has not received notifications from Bahrain about the recall of ambassadors

The Israeli Foreign Ministry has not received notifications about the recall of ambassadors from the Bahraini authorities, the Foreign Ministry reported.

“No notification or decision has been received from the Bahraini government or the Israeli government to recall the countries’ ambassadors. Relations between Israel and Bahrain are stable,” the statement said (quote according to TASS).

On the afternoon of November 2 at the Bahrain House of Representatives reported, that the Bahraini ambassador was recalled from the Jewish state and the Israeli ambassador left the kingdom. It was alleged that economic relations with Israel were also terminated.

Before this, the Jordanian Foreign Ministry announced the recall of its ambassador, the Petra agency wrote. The department linked this to the ongoing fighting in the Gaza Strip, which is leading to the death of residents of the enclave and a humanitarian catastrophe. On October 31, Bolivia announced the severance of diplomatic relations with Israel.

The Palestinian group Hamas attacked southern Israel on October 7. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) responded by launching Operation Iron Swords. According to the latest data, more than 10,000 people have died as a result of the escalation of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. Gaza reported more than 9,000 deaths in Israeli strikes, and about 1,400 people were killed in Israel after the group’s attack.

Now the conflict between militants and the Israeli army has moved to a “new phase,” Israeli authorities said. On October 27, the IDF announced an expansion of ground operations in the enclave and called on residents of the northern Gaza Strip to move to the south, promising them humanitarian assistance.
