Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz accused Iranian authorities of piracy after the hijacking of a cargo ship flying the Portuguese flag in the waters of the Strait of Hormuz. He wrote about this on his page on the social network X.
The Israeli diplomat called on all EU countries to recognize the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist organization.
