At the same time, the Gemotest laboratory emphasizes that less than 10% of patients do tests on the recommendation of a doctor. Oksana Drapkina, chief freelance specialist in therapy and general medical practice of the Ministry of Health, warns: a blood test without a clear idea of further medical tactics is “unjustified” and can turn into “irresponsible self-medication”.
