Irkutsk mobilized oncologist received a deferment

The Irkutsk regional branch of the All-Russian People’s Front, with the support of the military prosecutor of Bratsk and the mayor of the city, achieved a deferment for the mobilized oncologist Suren Bozoyan. As reported in Telegram channel regional ONF, this happened after the doctor was enrolled in a motorized rifle company.
“My husband is not a volunteer. He received a summons and left for the training unit in Novosibirsk. As we thought, he would be assigned to a military hospital and work in his specialty, but in fact he was assigned to a motorized rifle company,” says Irina Bozoyan, the wife of the oncologist, in a video attached to the message.
As previously reported, at the end of September mobilized oncologist in demand in Bratsk. Residents of the city were outraged by this, and the mayor of Bratsk and representatives of the regional Ministry of Health had to reassure people. The oncologist himself recorded a video message in which he declared the voluntary nature of his choice.
