“Invitro”: every fourth Russian is an anti-vaccinator

A quarter of Russians (27%) have a negative attitude towards vaccination, 66% of Russians are regularly vaccinated. This follows from a study by the medical company Invitro, cited by RIA Novosti. At the same time, half of the Russians surveyed by the company (45%) answered that their attitude to vaccination had not changed in three years and remained positive. Over the past three years, 26% of those surveyed have begun to view vaccination negatively, although they previously understood its importance. 22% answered that their attitude towards vaccinations had not changed and remained negative. Among the reasons for refusing to vaccinate, the respondents noted fear of complications (55.6%), confidence in the ineffectiveness of vaccinations (53.5%), doubts about the quality of the drug (44.6%), insufficient protection of vaccination against infections (40%), as well as the opinion that it is worth enduring the disease without vaccination (28.5%). 27% of respondents believe that complications from vaccination are no less serious than from the disease. 47% believe that the risk of complications is higher from previous illness.
