Bastrykin ordered to check the actions of Magadan doctors after the death of the patient
The head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, ordered an inspection of the actions of doctors after an elderly patient died in the region, RIA Novosti reports.
Previously, the Ministry of Health of the Magadan Region began an investigation into this issue. The reason was the statement of the daughter of the deceased, who said that her mother was examined in the hospital and was taken by ambulance home, where she lost consciousness. At the same time, the doctors present insisted on taking the woman home on a stretcher. Half an hour after the woman was delivered home, she passed away.
“The head of the department ordered to organize a procedural investigation into the death of a woman after visiting a medical institution in the Magadan region,” reports the Information Center of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
