Investigative Committee published the testimonies of captured soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine about the killings of civilians

Captured servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine told the details of the crimes they committed against civilians in Ukraine. The testimony was given during interrogations at the Investigative Committee of Russia.
How says on the website of the TFR, among the accused were soldiers of the 36th separate brigade of the Marine Corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Daniil Ovchinnikov and Vasily Mikhailov. In addition, the commander and serviceman of the 74th separate reconnaissance battalion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Artur Pustovoit and Aleksey Tomilin testified.
As it turned out, Daniil Ovchinnikov shot civilians, although they did not pose any threat to the military. Mikhailov, during the interrogation of one of the civilians, who was detained by the Ukrainian military, struck him. In the end, he died.
In turn, Pustovoit dealt with an unarmed man. And Aleksey Tomilin shot a civilian Galina Kharitonova in the chest after she expressed her words of support for Russia. His colleague shot her in the back of the head with a pistol.
Criminal cases were initiated against the prisoners for ill-treatment of prisoners of war or the civilian population, as well as for the use of means and methods in an armed conflict prohibited by an international treaty of the Russian Federation.
Previously Investigative Committee found that the Ukrainian military is shooting civilianswhich poses no threat to them. Moreover, according to the IC, this often happens only because of the pro-Russian position of citizens.
