“I think that in a sense, the nineties are returning to us. In this regard, our life cannot be called good. This applies to thieves and their victims,” said Baginskiy.
He clarified that now the owners of grocery stores located throughout the country are looking at customers as potential thieves. The journalist talked to many shop owners, and they all complained to him about the robbers.
