India’s Prime Minister’s Office says Lavrov will represent Russia at the G20 summit

Russian President Vladimir Putin notified India that he would not be able to take part in the G20 summit in New Delhi, Russia would be represented at the event by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
