IAEA chief Grossi: Ukrainian offensive poses additional risks for ZNPP

The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, said that Kyiv has been concentrating efforts on the offensive in the Zaporozhye region in recent days, TASS reports.
According to Grossi, the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine creates additional risks for the Zaporizhya NPP, which is located in the region.
The head of the IAEA also recalled that earlier in the UN Security Council he announced 5 principles for ensuring the safety of ZNPP. Among these principles is non-attack on the station or from its territory.
Grossi stressed that the consequences of such an incident, if it occurs, can be expected not only in neighboring countries, but throughout Europe.
