The Indian lunar probe Chandrayaan-3 has returned to low-Earth orbit. This was reported by the Indian Space Research Organization on December 4.

“The main purpose of Messiah Chandrayaan-3 was to demonstrate a soft landing near the south polar region of the Moon and conduct experiments. The spacecraft was launched on July 14, 2023. On August 23, the Vikram lander made a historic landing on the Moon, followed by the deployment of the Pragyan rover, the Indian Space Research Organization said in a statement.
