The head of the resort city of Zheleznovodsk Evgeny Bakulin told in his telegram channelthat twelve little puppies were found in the forest, hiding from the cold in the hollow of a tree.
“This is such a present in the winter forest,” Bakulin wrote, posting a photo of the puppies.
He recalled the fairy tale “Twelve Months” and noted that 12 small dogs were also found.
Bakulin suggested that their “inhabitants endured and got rid of the offspring.”
He came up with the idea of naming the dogs by month. “I took February for myself,” the mayor wrote.
Bakulin also added that he was very sorry for the puppies: “It’s not their fault that they stayed on the street, that they bask in this hollow, they were just unlucky.” And he suggested: “Let’s make them lucky, and let’s find a home for them together, a home where they will be loved.”
