The city prosecutor’s office is checking on the fact that cadets of the Ural Law Institute applied for medical assistance in Yekaterinburg. They complained of symptoms of an intestinal infection, informs the prosecutor’s office of the Sverdlovsk region, without specifying the number of cases. In the Ministry of Health of the region, the media reported that 36 cadets were hospitalized.
“36 are hospitalized. The condition is satisfactory,” a spokesman for the ministry told Interfax. “The exact number of cadets who applied for medical help will be established during the audit,”— reported in the prosecutor’s office.
The agency, among other things, will check the organization of food in the educational institution. If there are grounds, prosecutorial response measures will be taken.
