13 customers of the Japanese restaurant “Yobidoyobi” in Yekaterinburg contracted salmonellosis after the delivery of rolls, reported in the press service of Rospotrebnadzor for the Sverdlovsk region. In a state of moderate severity, all patients were hospitalized in the local infectious diseases department.
During the inspection of the institution, employees of Rospotrebnadzor revealed cases of violation of sanitary and epidemiological legislation: the lack of medical books for employees, violations of requirements for food storage conditions and non-compliance with temperature control. In addition, some products do not have the necessary labeling and documentation.
The owner of the institution received orders to suspend activities and carry out sanitary and anti-epidemic measures. A protocol has been fused to the court demanding the temporary closure of the restaurant and a protocol on an administrative offense under Art. 6.6. Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the organization of nutrition of the population).
