Two Voronezh houses, which are cultural heritage sites, have been put up for sale. We are talking about buildings located at Nikitinskaya, 50B and Deputatskaya, 7. According to the press service of the mayor’s office, the auction started on Friday, November 17 and will last until December 14.
The starting price of houses is a symbolic 1 ruble. But the competition step is already more impressive – for the building on Deputatskaya – 321,461 rubles (its cadastral value is 321 million 461 thousand rubles), for the building on Nikitinskaya – 2,665 rubles (cadastral value – 888,375 rubles).
To take part in the auction, you will need to pay 20% of the cadastral value as a deposit. Those who acquire these buildings will need to preserve cultural heritage sites. The future owner will need to develop a project for preserving the architectural monument in 2 years, and then within 5 years for the building on Deputatskaya and 3 years for the building on Nikitinskaya, implement his plan.
As the city administration said, another cultural heritage object will soon be put up for auction – the building at Karl Marx, 40. This will happen as soon as the boundaries of the site on which the architectural monument is located are determined.
