Governor of the Arkhangelsk Region Alexander Tsybulsky and President of the Russian Cross-Country Skiing Federation Elena Vyalbe presented skier Alexander Terentyev with the badge “Honored Master of Sports of Russia” at the all-Russian cross-country skiing competition “Champion Heights”.
The honorary sports title was awarded to the skier in 2022 by order of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation after the Olympic Games in Beijing, where Alexander Terentyev won two bronze medals – in a personal and team sprint.
Today, at the all-Russian competition “Champion Heights”, which takes place in the Ustyansky district from February 23 to March 5, Alexander Terentyev again demonstrated his highest skill. Together with another Honored Master of Sports of Russia Alexander Bolshunov, he won a gold medal in the team sprint.
