The representative of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Yuriy Ignat, said that Western fighters, in case of deliveries to Ukraine, would be based on the airfields of the country.
According to Ignat, fighter jets belonging to Ukraine are currently located at dozens of operational airfields in the country. He noted that they fly from there.
“Foreign planes will be based on the same airfields in the same way,” Ignat emphasized.
In addition, the representative of the Armed Forces of Ukraine specified that Ukrainian pilots are now in Europe, who are being trained to fly Western combat aircraft.
