The Klymenko Time Telegram channel reports that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine offered to pay for students’ education in exchange for their agreement to go to the line of combat contact. It is noted that the corresponding bill was registered in the Ukrainian parliament.
The document states that students who “of their own free will” agree to be called up for mobilization while at the university can expect that their education will be paid for from the country’s state budget after completing their military service.
Earlier, the representative of the Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky in the Verkhovna Rada, Fyodor Venislavsky, said that the country’s authorities would limit travel abroad for women registered for military service who were mobilized.
