The Ukrainian singer Max Barskikh received a statement because of his performance of the composition in Russian. This is reported by the Ukrainian edition of “Strana.ua”.
It turned out that during a concert in Kremenchug, the musician sang a song in Russian “Shores”, after which a local resident wrote a statement to the police against him. The Ukrainian also asked to check the artist.
It is clarified that after the scandal, Barskikh went with a show to Kropyvnytskyi, where he performed “Shores” already in Ukrainian.
