On September 24, the Championship and the Regional Championship in hand-to-hand combat took place in Tula. More than 200 participants from Belev, Efremov, Kireevsk, Novomoskovsk, Tula, as well as cadets of the Tula Suvorov Military School arrived at the sporting event.
Competitions are intended for the formation of the Tula region hand-to-hand combat team. Then the team will go to the Central Federal District Championship, as well as the All-Russian competition among boys and girls aged 12-17, dedicated to the 81st anniversary of the heroic defense of the city of Tula in the Great Patriotic War.
