In the Black Sea region of Crimea, kindergartens were closed and classes in schools were reduced due to bad weather and problems with power supply, reported Deputy Head of the District Administration Yulia Besfamilnaya.

Classes were canceled in kindergartens “Vitosha”, “Alenushka”, “Solnyshko” in Chernomorsky, preschool department at Chernomorsky Secondary School No. 3 named after. F. Pudovkin, as well as in preschool departments at the Kirov, Novoivanovskaya, Mezhvodnenskaya, Okunevskaya and Olenevskaya schools.

Classes at schools have been reduced, Besfamilnaya wrote on her Telegram channel. Also, due to bad weather in the Black Sea region, bus service between towns and villages was temporarily canceled.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, a storm warning is in effect in Crimea; weather forecasters predict heavy rains, frosts, snow and ice.
